Transformed Executives Actions
The ESV leadership team were challenged by the Victorian government as it emerged it was shifting to a commission-based organisation by 2020. The team, were required to shift from driving their own respective functional goals to taking a more enterprise-wide mindset & approach.
The shift required the team to deepen trust, develop positive habitual behaviours & a systematic team operating that served the ESV community in achieving its full potential.
