Working primarily for blue chip businesses he’s lead organisational transformations for major brands such as BP, Standard Bank, BlackBerry & Luxottica where he held senior posts. Originally from the UK, Dan has lead teams that specialise in organisational development, leadership & learning solutions.

Dan’s success has come through helping organisations align its leaders with their purpose. His main effort has been directed towards coaching senior leadership teams & individuals around their impact. As a self confessed change agent, Dan’s approach is to challenge their thinking and ultimately help leaders feel in control. He also balances that with ongoing support & feedback, which he believes is critical to coaching.
